The wrap can be prepared for use in a microwave or freezer according to the recommendations below
microwave oven heat the compress for a maximum of 20 seconds using 700 Watt, do not cover the compress during heating, do not leave the device unattendedyou can heat the compress in warm water for about 5-10 minutes,
freezer - put the compress in the freezer for a maximum of 5 minutesfridge - to cool it down, put it in the fridge for 2 hours. It can also be permanently stored in the fridge.
Attention: Check the temperature of the wrap after heating or cooling on your hand before applying it to your child's painful area. If the wrap is too cold, wrap it in a towel or other cloth. Too high or low temperature can cause skin problems.
